Executive / Accountant
The Financial Data Management Executive serves multiple accountants as the custodian of RPA scripts
and financial data. They are able to effectively adapt and use the scripts to extract and enter data into
the accounting system, as well as ensure their accuracy.
The accountants now interact directly with only the data within the accounting system and is no longer
required to carry out data entry. Instead, the focus of the accountant is to analyse and validate the
output.

*RPA champion can be an independent role or subsumed under the Senior Accountant role depending on the organisation context.
Through RPA integration, the accountant role would no longer perform data entry tasks. The financial data management executive works closely together with the tech-enabled account executive and RPA champion to ensure that data is well managed and that RPA scripts are relevant to business demands. This role allows the tech-enabled account executive to analyse and validate outputs.
